I picked up your call & found you were working with another member not available at the time. I kindly confirmed it was okay to cash refund checks State Farm sent & Agencies have limited viewable detail on this Corp-handled activity. I read you his notes. Since the notes were unacceptable made clear by you raising your voice criticizing why I would have picked up the call If I couldn't provide more detail, I forwarded your message respectfully. Your call was picked up to avoid frustration of going to voice mail. We do not know in advance why customers are calling, and I agreed it was better if I didn't get in the middle. Thereafter, I personally located & provided sub-screenshots not easy to find, to the team member assisting. My assistance helped him see the pay patterns on 2 bill plans (old vs new) , and he returned your call. Turns out automated pays your family member set up were to the old inactive plan account number. Therefore, refunds generated. A request to corp-billing requesting additional itemization was submitted. "
